Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth, then blend in melted salted butter, egg, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Sift in flour and baking soda, gently folding until just combined.
  4. Fold in frozen blueberries and lemon zest, being careful not to crush the blueberries.
