- Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the unbleached flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and kosher salt.
- Using a stand mixer, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the large eggs one at a time, mixing well, and then add the vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until well combined without overmixing.
- Fold in the milk chocolate, semisweet chocolate, and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, rotating halfway, until set but still soft in the center.
- Press extra chocolate chips into the tops of warm cookies, then cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
