- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash 2-3 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
- Combine 1½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in another bowl.
- Cream together ½ cup softened butter and 1 cup granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add 2 eggs to the creamed mixture, beating well after each addition, then fold in the mashed bananas.
