  • 1 cup Heavy Cream half-and-half or coconut cream can be exchanged
For the Cheesy Topping
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese nutritional yeast works as a vegan alternative
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Cheddar can serve as a substitution
For Seasoning

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, and then drain.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in ½ cup of white wine or chicken broth, simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and 1 cup of heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, season with salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer to a greased baking dish, place shrimp on top.
  9. Sprinkle ½ cup of Parmesan and 1 cup of mozzarella on top.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
