- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, and then drain.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in ½ cup of white wine or chicken broth, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, and 1 cup of heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, place shrimp on top.
- Sprinkle ½ cup of Parmesan and 1 cup of mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
