  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your mixing bowls, utensils, and ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, whisked eggs, and crushed Ritz crackers. Add the garlic powder, ketchup, dried thyme, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape into an 8” x 4” loaf.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes until browning on top.
  5. Remove from oven, brush ketchup topping over the meatloaf, and return to the oven for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Optionally broil for an additional minute to enhance crispiness.
  8. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
