- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine brown sugar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
- Spoon half of the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for 40 minutes.
- Add the remaining glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for another 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
