- Begin by trimming any excess fat and silverskin from the skirt steak. Cut into 3 to 4 equal pieces.
- Rub kosher salt over the steak pieces, covering every surface.
- In a bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the skirt steak in a resealable bag. Seal it tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to high heat (about 450°F).
