- Prepare Ricotta Mixture: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Make Meat Sauce: Heat olive oil, sauté onion and garlic. Add ground beef, brown for about 10 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, simmer for 1 hour.

- Assemble Lasagna: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread meat sauce on the bottom of the dish, layer lasagna pieces, ricotta mixture, spinach, and meat sauce alternately.

- Repeat Layers: Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with meat sauce on top.
