Step-by-Step Instructions for BBQ Pulled Chicken
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes until translucent. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
