Instructions

  3. Roast strawberries for 15-20 minutes until softened and caramelized.
  4. Whip ricotta cheese with olive oil and salt until smooth and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Slice bread ¾-inch thick and brush with olive oil, then toast in a skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Spread whipped ricotta on toasted bread.
  7. Top with roasted strawberries and drizzle with extra honey if desired.
  8. Garnish with thyme leaves and black pepper before serving.
