  3. Bake: Divide batter into pans and bake for 30-34 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to cool completely.
  4. Prepare Glaze: Soften gelatin in water. Cook raspberries and sugar, strain juice, mix with gelatin and powdered sugar. Chill.
  5. Cut and Freeze Cake: Cut cooled cakes into squares and freeze for 30 minutes.
  6. Coat: Dip squares in glaze, let excess drip off, and roll in coconut. Chill in refrigerator to set.
