- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, sautéed onion and bell pepper, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to your lined loaf pan, shaping it into a smooth loaf and pressing the top down slightly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ketchup and brown sugar until smooth. Brush half of the glaze over the meatloaf's surface.
- Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour. Check internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- In the last 15 minutes of baking, brush the remaining glaze over the meatloaf.
- Once baked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
