- Clean and devein shrimp, slice sausage into bite-sized pieces, and cut broccoli into small florets.
- Blanch broccoli for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, then rinse with cold water to halt cooking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and oil; whisk until smooth.
- Heat skillet over medium heat, sauté sausage for 4-5 minutes until browned, then remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink, then combine with sausage.
- Add blanched broccoli and pour sauce over the mixture, stirring to coat and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
