Making the Peach Lemonade
- Juice fresh lemons until you have about one cup of juice. In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, 4 cups water, and 0.5 cup sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Wash and slice 3 peaches, reserving some slices for garnish. Add the sliced peaches to the lemonade base in the fridge.
- Blend the peach slices with 1 cup of lemonade base until smooth. Strain if desired for a thinner consistency.
- Combine the peach puree with the lemonade base in the pitcher and stir gently.
- Add reserved peach and lemon slices to the pitcher. Serve over ice or blend for a slushy texture.
