  • 3 medium Peaches Overripe peaches work well.
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice Use fresh lemons for best taste.
  • 4 cups Water Cold water for dilution.
  • 0.5 cup Sugar Adjust sweetness as desired.
Garnish
  • 1 bunch Fresh Mint Optional for garnish.
  • 1 cup Peach Slices For decorative touch.
  • 1 cup Lemon Slices For presentation.

Method
 

Making the Peach Lemonade
  1. Juice fresh lemons until you have about one cup of juice. In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, 4 cups water, and 0.5 cup sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Wash and slice 3 peaches, reserving some slices for garnish. Add the sliced peaches to the lemonade base in the fridge.
  3. Blend the peach slices with 1 cup of lemonade base until smooth. Strain if desired for a thinner consistency.
  4. Combine the peach puree with the lemonade base in the pitcher and stir gently.
  5. Add reserved peach and lemon slices to the pitcher. Serve over ice or blend for a slushy texture.
