  4. For extra crispiness, remove chicken after simmering and broil for 4-5 minutes until golden.
  5. While broiling, uncover the pot and turn heat to high to reduce the sauce for about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the chicken over rice, pouring the reduced sauce on top and garnish with sliced green onions.
