  • 2 tablespoons Stone Ground Mustard yellow mustard can work in a pinch
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce soy sauce can serve as a substitute
  • 1 tablespoon Prepared Horseradish omit if unavailable

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pork and beans, diced green bell pepper, chopped pineapple, and finely chopped yellow onion. Gently mix together and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients: ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and prepared horseradish.
  4. Fold the sauce into the bean mixture gently until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a large casserole dish and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until edges are bubbling.
  6. Allow the dish to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
