Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Grilled Zucchini
  1. Cut the zucchini into ½-inch thick slices, trimming the ends first.
  2. Mix together kosher salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
  3. Brush both sides of each zucchini slice with olive oil and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat (350-375°F). Grease the grates and place the zucchini at a 45-degree angle.
  5. Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side, watching for grill marks and tenderness.
