- Marinate the Steak in your chosen marinade for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the Grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (204°C). Allow it to heat for about 10-15 minutes.
- Grill the Steak for approximately 5-7 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes.
- Slice the Zucchini into ½-inch rounds and brush with olive oil. Grill them for about 3-4 minutes per side.
