Ingredients
  

For the Bowl
  • 1 pound Steak Choose your favorite cut
  • 2 medium Zucchini Sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups Rice Cooked and fluffed
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Or Greek yogurt for a healthier swap
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed preferred
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Or any seeds/nuts of choice
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Steak in your chosen marinade for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the Grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (204°C). Allow it to heat for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Grill the Steak for approximately 5-7 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes.
  4. Slice the Zucchini into ½-inch rounds and brush with olive oil. Grill them for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Cook the Rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork once cooked.
  6. Assemble the Bowl with a layer of Rice, topped with sliced Steak and Grilled Zucchini.
  7. Mix Creamy Sauce ingredients together and drizzle over the assembled bowl.
  8. Garnish with Sesame Seeds and Green Onions before serving.
