Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the potatoes by washing and cutting them into 1-inch chunks.
  2. Combine the olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix.
  3. Let the coated potatoes sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Transfer the potatoes onto a large piece of aluminum foil and seal tightly to create a packet.
  5. Grill the foil packet on a preheated grill for 10 minutes, then flip and grill for another 10 minutes.
  6. After cooking, open the packet and sprinkle cheese and crumbled bacon over the potatoes.
  7. Return the packet to the grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the grill, garnish with parsley and green onions, and serve.
