- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons of packed light brown sugar and ½ tablespoon of ground cinnamon. Set aside.
- Brush the cut sides of your peach halves with 1 tablespoon of melted unsalted butter.
- Place the peach halves cut-side down on the grill. Grill them for about 3 minutes until softened.
- Flip the peaches and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on the grilled sides.
- Close the grill lid and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- Transfer the peaches to a serving plate and enjoy warm with optional toppings.
