Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Drain fat, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough and cut out 10 cm circles. Place a tablespoon or two of the beef filling in the center, and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the filled dough balls seam-side down. Brush melted butter mixed with minced garlic over the tops and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Look for melted cheese inside and the aroma of garlic.
- Once baked, brush with remaining garlic butter and cool for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes
Ensure the dough is tightly sealed to prevent filling leakage during baking. You can also refrigerate assembled bombs ahead of time for quick baking.
