  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon glucomannan or xanthan gum as a substitute
  • 1 scoop collagen optional for protein boost
  • 2 cups ice essential for frosty consistency

Preparation
  1. Wash 2 cups of fresh strawberries and remove stems and hulls.
  2. Cut large strawberries in half and squeeze juice from 2-3 fresh lemons to yield about ½ cup.
  3. Gather 1 cup of cold water and any optional ingredients like glucomannan or collagen.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine strawberries, lemon juice, and cold water.
  2. Add 2 cups of ice and blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
Thickening (Optional)
  1. If using glucomannan or collagen, add 1 teaspoon of glucomannan and blend on low for 10-15 seconds.
Adjusting Sweetness
  1. Taste the mixture and add sugar-free sweetener if needed, then blend briefly.
Serving
  1. Pour the mixture into tall glasses and garnish with strawberry slices or lemon wheel.
