Preparation
- Wash and dry cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Optionally slice them in half or drizzle with olive oil and roast at 400°F for 10-15 minutes.
- Open the package of mozzarella balls and drain excess liquid. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Assemble the bites by skewering a tomato, basil leaf, and mozzarella ball. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the assembled bites. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate assembled bites for 10-15 minutes before serving.
