Preparation
  1. Wash and dry cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Optionally slice them in half or drizzle with olive oil and roast at 400°F for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Open the package of mozzarella balls and drain excess liquid. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Assemble the bites by skewering a tomato, basil leaf, and mozzarella ball. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the assembled bites. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Refrigerate assembled bites for 10-15 minutes before serving.
