Method
 

Instructions for Chocolate Bark
  1. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Pour melted chocolate onto a lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
  3. Sprinkle dried cranberries and blueberries over the melted chocolate.
  4. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top for decoration.
  5. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes, then break into pieces.
Instructions for Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine peanut butter and honey, mixing until creamy.
  3. Add cocoa powder and rolled oats, stir until well incorporated.
  4. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, flatten gently and space apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm, then cool before serving.
