Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Chop baby dill pickles, dice Colby Jack cheese, and finely mince the white onion.
  4. Combine marinated pasta with pickles, cheese, and onion in a large bowl.
  5. Make the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix the dressing into the pasta mixture and chill for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with extra fresh dill if desired and serve.
