Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Sweet Potatoes
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F, for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into 1½-inch thick wedges.
  3. Drizzle the wedges with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt, tossing to coat.
  4. Place wedges on the grill, cut-side down, and grill for about 15 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes.
  5. While grilling, prepare the herby yogurt dip by blending yogurt, green onions, dill, garlic, basil, and lemon juice.
  6. Once grilled, remove sweet potatoes and serve with the herby yogurt dip drizzled on top.
