Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Crockpot by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Layer the frozen cheddar pierogies at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa over the pierogies, ensuring even distribution.
  4. Whisk together the chicken broth and cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth.
  5. Pour the broth mixture over the layer of pierogies and kielbasa.
  6. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top, then add salt and pepper.
  7. Finish with the remaining chicken broth poured over the mixture.
  8. Set the cooking time for 3-4 hours on low.
  9. About 15 minutes before serving, add the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  10. Serve warm with a salad or sautéed vegetables.
