For Garnish

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients while it heats.
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry; season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, and Parmesan cheese. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Arrange seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the cream sauce over it. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve with sides of your choice.
