Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes until soft. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, and basil to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the drained and rinsed cannellini beans and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Transfer the bean and tomato mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
