  • 1 lb Ground Beef lean or regular
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs can substitute with bread soaked in milk
  • 1/2 cup Milk for soaking breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium Onion finely diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded) or your favorite cheese
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard or Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley or dried parsley
For the Meatloaf Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup low-sugar versions optional
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheeseburger Meatloaf
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Soak breadcrumbs in milk for about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cheddar cheese, tomato paste, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, cumin, parsley, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into a rectangle on the baking sheet and roll around cheddar cubes.
  5. Prepare the glaze by mixing tomato sauce, ketchup, honey, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Pour half the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for 1 hour.
  7. Brush remaining glaze over meatloaf and bake for another 15 minutes.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
