- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by spraying it with non-stick spray.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the prepared pan. Bake for about 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Add eggs and mix gently.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 60-70 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly. Cool in the oven for an hour.
- After cooling, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Decorate with blueberries in a star shape and sliced strawberries. Serve chilled.
