  2. Shape the mixture into 3-inch long sticks and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each stick in flour, then dip in egg, and roll in panko breadcrumbs. Repeat for all sticks.
  5. Heat enough oil in a frying pan to cover the bottom. Temperature should be around 350°F.
  6. Fry the sticks in batches for 2-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
