Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Spread the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Combine roasted sweet potatoes with cilantro, lime juice, red onion, and garlic in a bowl and toss gently.
  5. Taste the salad, adjusting seasoning with extra salt or lime juice as desired, and serve warm or chilled.
