Fruit Base
  • 1 cup Pineapple Fresh and juicy, diced
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges Canned with syrup
  • 2 large Bananas Ripe but firm, sliced
Creamy Coating
  • 1 pkg Vanilla Pudding Mix Dry mix

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the pineapple by removing the skin and core, then cut it into bite-sized chunks. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine the fruits by pouring the canned mandarin oranges (with syrup) into the bowl with the pineapple. Gently mix the two fruits together.
  3. Add the sliced bananas to the fruit mixture, tossing gently to combine without mashing the banana slices.
  4. Mix in the pudding by sprinkling the dry vanilla pudding mix evenly over the fruit and folding it in carefully until all the fruit is coated.
  5. Chill the salad by covering it with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerating for at least one hour.
  6. Serve chilled in a bowl or individual cups, gently stirring before serving if needed.
