- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 7-8 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to a plate. In the same skillet, melt butter and add shallot and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute, then add chicken broth, lemon juice, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5-6 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, warm through, and garnish with parsley before serving.
