Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix well and marinate for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  2. In another bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey until smooth. Adjust spice and sweetness to taste.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Thread marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high and cook skewers for 3-5 minutes on each side, or bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove skewers from heat, toss with sauce or serve the sauce on the side. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
