- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 biscuits
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and onion. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the mozzarella and cheddar until combined.
- Flatten each biscuit into a round. Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Pull the dough edges up and around the filling, pinching firmly to completely seal each bomb. Place seam-side down.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the garlic-Parmesan butter generously over each dough ball.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Brush with another layer of garlic-Parmesan butter while hot and serve warm.
Notes
- Optional: Add cooked bacon, diced jalapeños, or extra mozzarella to the beef filling for an even more loaded version.
