Ingredients
Scale
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup lump crab meat, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large biscuits (store-bought or homemade)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Split the biscuits in half and place them on a baking sheet, cut side up. Spoon the shrimp and crab mixture evenly over each biscuit half.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top of each biscuit.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the biscuits are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the shrimp and crab mixture.
You can also substitute the cheddar cheese with pepper jack for an extra layer of flavor.
