- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry. Rub with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and smoked paprika.
- Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and pour about ¾ of the glaze over the chicken, turning to coat.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
- Brush the remaining glaze over the chicken during the last 5–10 minutes of baking.
- Continue baking until the chicken reaches 165°F in the thickest part.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Spoon some of the caramelized pan sauce over the chicken before serving.
Notes
- For extra caramelization, broil the chicken for 1–2 minutes at the end, watching it closely so the honey glaze doesn’t burn.
