Ingredients
Scale
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds total)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until smooth and well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and drizzle the olive oil over the chicken.
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Notes
For a creamier texture, let the chicken marinate in the yogurt mixture for 1-2 hours before baking.
You can substitute the Greek yogurt with sour cream for a different flavor profile.
For added flavor, sprinkle fresh herbs like parsley or thyme on top before serving.
