Ingredients
Scale
1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
⅓ cup honey
1 tbsp hot sauce
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp hot sauce
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup sliced red onion
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
½ cup diced avocado
¼ cup sliced jalapeños
Instructions
Season the chicken: Toss chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Cook the chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Make the hot honey: In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar. Warm over low heat for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Make the garlic lava sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Coat the chicken: Pour the hot honey over the cooked chicken and toss until completely coated.
Build the wraps: Warm the tortillas briefly. Spread each with creamy garlic sauce, then layer with cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, bacon, avocado, jalapeños, and hot honey chicken.
Wrap and toast: Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a dry skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
Serve: Drizzle with extra hot honey and creamy garlic lava sauce before serving.
Notes
Adjust the level of hot sauce to taste for desired spiciness.
Feel free to add other toppings like corn or black beans for extra flavor.
These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
