Ingredients
Scale
2 to 3 pounds boneless turkey breast, skin-on
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
1 lemon, zested and juiced
4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels and place it in a roasting pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, lemon zest, lemon juice, and minced garlic to create a marinade.
Rub the marinade all over the turkey breast, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.
Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider brining the turkey breast in a saltwater solution for a few hours before roasting.
You can also add vegetables like carrots and potatoes to the roasting pan for a complete meal.
