Ingredients
Scale
1 lb large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tube (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add chopped shrimp, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes, just until the shrimp is cooked through.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and parsley. Let the filling cool slightly.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the biscuit dough and gently flatten each piece into a 4–5-inch circle.
Place about 1 tablespoon of shrimp filling in the center of each dough circle. Add a generous pinch of mozzarella and Parmesan.
Fold the edges of the dough up around the filling and pinch firmly to seal. Place each bomb seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush generously over each dough ball.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
Immediately sprinkle with chopped parsley and a little extra Parmesan.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm with garlic butter, marinara, or creamy dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes to the shrimp filling.
These bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
Serve with a variety of dipping sauces for a fun appetizer platter.
