  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the green olives, feta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  2. Pulse the mixture until smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more lemon juice or pepper to your liking.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
