Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and flavorful snack that combines the classic taste of cheeseburgers with the irresistible crunch of biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and onion. Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking the beef apart, until browned.
  3. Drain excess grease, then add the garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another 1 minute.
  4. Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the cheddar cheese. Remove from the heat and let the filling cool slightly.
  5. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a round.
  6. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges firmly to seal.
  7. Place the bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a small bowl.
  9. Brush the garlic-Parmesan butter generously over each dough ball.
  10. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  11. Brush with a little more garlic-Parmesan butter immediately after baking.
  12. Serve warm with ketchup, burger sauce, or garlic aioli for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add additional spices to the beef mixture.
  • These bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
