Ingredients
Scale
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough, 16 oz
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for another minute. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Stir the bacon and cheddar into the beef mixture.
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a small round.
Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a little mozzarella in the center of each biscuit. Pull the dough around the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the hot cheeseburger bombs generously with the garlic Parmesan butter. Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce for dipping.
Notes
Ensure the biscuit dough is fully sealed to prevent leaking during baking.
