4 slices of thick bread (like Texas toast or brioche)
1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Pour the Fruity Pebbles into another shallow bowl.
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little butter or oil to coat the surface.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
Immediately press the coated bread into the Fruity Pebbles, covering both sides with the cereal.
Place the coated bread on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the skillet and serve warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.
Notes
For a fun twist, try adding a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top before serving.
