- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Season the chicken with black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Add the remaining butter and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 4–5 minutes, until browned and tender.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring until slightly thickened.
