Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup diced pickles
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a crockpot, combine the cooked beef mixture, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, diced pickles, and diced tomatoes. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheeses are melted and the dip is heated through.
Just before serving, stir in the shredded lettuce. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of hot sauce to the dip before serving.
You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
For a vegetarian version, use plant-based ground meat and skip the Worcestershire sauce.
