  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 ounce)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  3. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
  4. Add the softened cream cheese and shredded pepper jack cheese to the shredded chicken. Stir until the cheeses are melted and well combined.
  5. Mix in the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
